Saveurs & Anthocyanes is a bistro located in the heart of the kingdom of taste.

Conceived with passion; Antoine SOAVE drew his inspiration from his knowledge, his experience and his generosity to welcome us to this chapel of fine living.

The selections of wines, champagnes and spirits have been composed to delight our palates by tantalizing or caressing our taste buds.

Antoine proposes traditional dishes at both lunch and dinner that will nourish our appetites and that will remind us of good old recipes drawn from the French culinary tradition.

You will have a choice of dishes made from local produce:

► cold dishes such as IGP Lot foie gras made by Antoine (also sold in vacuum-packaging throughout the year), French charcuterie from the Las Cases farm in Tarn, Spain or Italy depending on arrivals,

►hot dishes such as snails, Lyonnaise brioche sausage, roast Aubrac veal, rib of beef or duck confit from Lot,

►the cheese platter, and then a sweet conclusion to your meal…

You can enjoy these dishes, depending on availability, seated around a table, a bench or on a stool around the bar.
