Twice a year, in summer and winter, Antoine goes on an adventure. He choses a region, settles there and travels around from one end to the other, without following any predefined path.

He meets the local winemakers, growers, producers, all those that make up our culinary heritage.

He discovers local produce in the area where it is produced. He tastes, he discusses, he negotiates: he does his shopping.

Once back in Nice he evaluates the products one by one. He applies a blind test to each, taking the time to discover and appreciate the value of his findings.
